Picturing aircraft around or after sunset can be challenging but highly rewarding. Displayed here is a selection of images taken in these low light conditions, including a few carrier-based operations as well as an air-to-air photo sortie with a Swedish Sk60 for which flash was used. The Italian Starfighter was captured just before retirement on one of the last ever F-104 night sortie.
